The Glarses store is based in the UK; all orders are dispatched from our London-based warehouse.
Dispatch times can range for up to 7 days please note.
Approximate shipping times are:
UK: 2-3 days
Germany: 3-6 days
Europe: 6-10 days
Canada: 10-16 days
USA - See below*
Rest of the world: 10-30 days
Express shipping times depend on destination.
These times are approximate and may be further extended by a number of factors, including holidays, strikes and delays in customs processing within your destination country.
If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.
*US Orders: Due to ongoing restrictions from our shipping provider DHL, we can only offer DHL Express shipping to the United States. Global Mail shipping is temporarily suspended as of the 22nd of August 2025.
Please note that US orders may experience customs and duty fees entering the country; these are the customer's responsibility (see more below).

Customs and Duty fees
Customers are entirely responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. Glarses Company does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
If you have any questions related to customs, duty, and import charges, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.
Free Shipping Deal
Orders above $100 USD are eligible to receive our free shipping discount. DHL Global Mail shipping to the destination country must be available for this offer to work; this offer does not apply to DHL Express orders.
Pre-orders/Back orders
The Glarses Company aims to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-orders but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control.
After the pre-order period, we aim to ship the product as soon as it is available. We appreciate your patience.
Back orders or batch orders are highlighted in the product description, and a dispatch period will be stated for the batch number.
We aim to dispatch these orders as soon as possible when they're in stock.
